My Story

Why I made Waft

Waft started with me, during one of the hardest stretches of my life.

When menopause arrived, it brought the broken sleep, the anxiety from nowhere, the sense of not quite recognising myself. What slowly gave me back some calm was not a pill or an app. It was my own breath. Learning to slow it down, to breathe out long and steady, changed how I felt in my own body, even on the difficult days.

But there was a problem. In the moments I needed it most, in the middle of the day, on the school run, lying awake at 3am, I had no simple way to actually do it. The breathing techniques lived in classes and apps, never on me, never ready.

So I imagined something that would always be there: a piece of jewellery, beautiful enough to wear every day, that quietly helped me breathe and find calm whenever anxiety rose. That idea became Waft.

Today, Waft is made for every woman who knows that feeling. Drug-free, discreet, beautifully made, and built around the one thing you always carry with you. Your breath.

Calm should be simple

No subscriptions, no screens, no fuss. Something that works the moment you breathe through it.

Beauty and purpose

A piece you want to wear, that also helps you when anxiety rises. Jewellery first, never a clinical gadget.

Made for menopause

Built for the women this stage of life too often forgets, and for anyone who needs a calmer breath.

You haven't lost yourself. You've just lost your exhale, and Waft is how you take it back.
