We want you to be happy with your Waft. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, alongside your legal rights.

30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please return it in resaleable condition where possible.

Your legal right to cancel
As a UK consumer, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason.

How to return
1. Email us at Contact@TryWaft.com with your order number.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Post the item back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will refund your original payment method, normally within 14 days.

Return postage
Unless your item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
