These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trywaft.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Waft ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We sell breathing necklaces and related accessories. We describe and show our products as accurately as we can, but slight variations in colour and finish may occur. Images are for illustration.

3. Orders and prices
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel an order; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 6 to 12 working days. See our Returns & Refund Policy for cancellations and returns.

6. Your right to cancel
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is in addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

8. Wellbeing
Our products are wellbeing accessories designed to support slow breathing. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a health concern, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from misuse of the product. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
